New ecu loked after reflash

grinovsky
25th May, 2011, 09:41 PM
to verify your ecu you have to read flash and eprom by bdm port to sure that the 2 chips communicate with processore without probleme

grinovsky
25th May, 2011, 09:43 PM
did you speak french?

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 09:46 PM
And then what could be the problem?

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 09:47 PM
No! i don't speak in french.

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 09:49 PM

New ecu loked after reflash
this happen many times when flashing with galleto
so to unlock the ecu you have to flash it in boot mode with galleto
check the connections(+12v and gnd) by schematics and by testing in plug ecu in car and connect ecu to galetto on table
and power ecu and flash ecu and it will be unlocked

I have PPS 2000 and go to injection=>measure parameters=>and all parameter's are:????

grinovsky
25th May, 2011, 09:53 PM
so you have to recode injectors

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 10:01 PM
You know the pinout Galletto and EDC16c3

grinovsky
25th May, 2011, 10:04 PM

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 10:19 PM

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 10:19 PM
injection is edc16c3

25th May, 2011, 10:33 PM
if it is an edc16 and you dont have bdm, you can still use xprog to put the dumps back...
you can find on this forum how shuld be done.
you cannot speak about boot mode with edc16.
for the future, if you are plannig to mess arround with ecus software, just buy the propre tools, clone or not !
although galleto is a good tool, its not enough, and now i think you can see that.

p2xa how did you know that the ecu is lockek?

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 10:38 PM
What is the best tool you can recommend?

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 10:41 PM
I connected diagnostic PPS entering in BSI=>measure parameters=>immobilizer=> ecu is blocked and keys are synchronized.

grinovsky
25th May, 2011, 10:50 PM
ok,so use xprogm as rappttor (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/148360-rappttor/) sayed to flash ecu

P2XA

It turns out that EDC16 be reprogrammed in bootmode?

grinovsky
25th May, 2011, 11:10 PM
yes,by your xprogm

P2XA
25th May, 2011, 11:20 PM
I understand that I need to reprogram the Flash memory 29BL802CB

I think the ECU don't work because software reference betweem old ecu and new are different.

P2XA
28th May, 2011, 11:02 AM
I flash the flash in-circuit using the X-Prog, the process went without error but the ECU is still blocked.

P2XA
28th May, 2011, 11:05 AM
I think that probably need to flash EEPROM MCP555 dump from the block which was taken by flash and then everything should be OK.

P2XA

The essence of the problem is that there is another car Peugeot 307 1.4Hdi 68cm 2003 who had a problem with the ECU - this unit has been replaced by almost the same (on the new number does not match the refernce SW) machine does not develop bolle 3000 RPM burns check enjine (diagnosis reads the following error: An internal error and the wrong ECU codes nozzles). I am sure that it is absolutely the same block, we have not find a Problem for not matching SW version.

I'm aware of those actions that need to be done. At first I reflash Immo machine but was got issued immediately antipollution fault and error diagnosis deducted the following items: an internal error and the wrong ECU codes nozzles. Then I thought eeprom MPC555 processor and request a new ECU (after the record is written for the test - write was successful). After these actions diagnostics ceased contact with 2 ECU (old and new).

if you read mpc555 with xprogm the result will be :no communication with ecu
the only way to read write mpc555 with succes is to use bdm100

P2XA
5th June, 2011, 01:51 PM
I am wondering if he could not die an old ECU after reading eeprom MPC555 programmer X-prog-M 5.0?

P2XA
5th June, 2011, 01:53 PM
If yes then where to look for a dump MPC555?

grinovsky
