i need help for chevrolet colorado 3.0 diesel year 2010 , fault code P1613, can read fault code but no description, does anyone have bin file for the tech 2 card to read this please

does anyone know what i should check for this fault code, i bought a new immo box & a new key receiver coil, match it with a used engine ecu with tech 2, program new transponder ( original ecu no more working), still the fault code remain, with another new fault code U3f00 description from the tech 2 is Not Detected, any advise on what i should do next? thanks in advance

can someone virgin the ecu dump for me please so that i can match it to the immobilizer , check fault P1631 from service manual description is IMMOBILIZER WRONG SIGNAL
