I've been using TECDOC for numerous years now with no problem running it on Windows 7. However I seem to have misplaced my working universal crack for Windows 7. I try the ones that come with the latest versions but keep getting the error 39 (see image).

Has anyone got the working crack for Windows 7 they could forward on to me?
Thanks

I have tried uninstalling Tecdoc and Adobe followed by a reboot. After new installation I still get same error.
Have you any more ideas what could be causing this?

Try this: First deinstall the programm, then mount DVD1 and cancel installation.
Then open DVD1. There is one folder called fu.
Open folder fu and you will find CAFU.EXE, execute CAFU.EXE and follow the instruction. When finished make a new installation.
