If ye are using a payserver, chances are it is overloaded with too many users and this will cause problems. Also try and keep any torrent file downloading to when you are in bed. This can cause problems also if you are doing this.

Thanks Hooley I'll give it ago with the torrents. Had a word with mates and there's are fine so might be download issues

How is your signal connected to the net? If your using a wireless bridge it might be just a little to far from your router.

neh its straight from the ethernet cale into the router. Tries turning torrents off but still scrambled for about 20 seconds every15 mins or so. Other mates on the same server have no problems so can't see it being server issues????

90% the server.
some times you may think your 2 guys on the same server , but you may not be .
send me you line to test or swap lines with your mate and see.
see pm mate

I'm thinking server also, try and get a test line from a different server. Then you can see if that's your problem.

Is your box a clone ? How old is it ?

Are you on the same isp as your mates ? Do you live in the same area and using the same router ?

Are you getting any freezing on the FREE channels ?? It could be that your dish needs to be realigned ??

from the sounds of it your problem is router/ethernet related , try a new or differant ethernet cable ,
try disconnect everythin from router and just leave s10 in port one,
or if any mates are local , take your box to there gaff and try it on there network
