hi guys i have a 206 here with a faulty bsi the bsi gave me problems to code the keys to a virgin file
but all the remote's are working
but still wont start i have checked the wiring fuses and transducer aerial
i have tried an off file from the vonix prog but still wont run
car was running till the bsi was swapped but now nothing bsi functions and config is fine all the stuffs there but i think the virgin file and off were just not right

this is the origonal ecu file i read before trying anything
if anyone could give me a running off file it would be much appreciated
and is it correct to cut both f3 and f4 off the ecu middle plug as this has been done but still no start
thanks in advance ...racin :top:

bottom file is the vonix off not working !!!

Is there a 29F400 in the ECU mate? you may need to read it... I dont have much experience with this ECU type

me neither Adam the first rar is the dump i read before the vonix off the second is the vonix off (if that makes sense )

the first rar is 29f400bc the chip reads and writes fine and bsi is happy but ecu says its locked ?
tried reinstating the f3 f4 as a last resort but not a light out of it just wont kick

car ran fine but bsi was flashing hazards while driving and bsi was never programmed to remote's
now the central door locking is fine but ecu is getting feeds and earth's but no coil or pump or injector response
ime hoping i haven't overheated something when removing the chip
its been off three times now and its making the old bonce hurt

Did you try just swapping the BSI chip and putting the original into the used one? before going down the virginizing root.

What year is the car mate?

If files dont work mate, im sure we can sort it by putting original file back in ECU, and dealing with the BSI.

Good luck lol

Maybe get a ECU set mate, or get a second hand BSI which matches exactly your original and put the chip out of your original into the used one and put original file back into ECU.

YOU CAN TRY WITH OTOCHECK FOR VIRGIN ECU AND YOU MUST VIRGIN BSI FOR TO WORK

I cannot see PIN code in any of the locations in the dump of first post, '206 iaw48p2.70 - Copy.bin' It's not correctly complete as an original and working dump. this can be the cause of said ecu locked. or wrong dump uploaded?

If not so happy with immo off dumps I think if you can try to restore the ECU to the correct state by the correct dump with ori PIN code and leave the problem to be solved at the new (used) BSI only. I can help if with your PIN.

i have relaced origonal dump and tried a factory reset file
i think the ecu has been put through the mill the 29f400bc has been off the board and back on its now been replaced by one kindly sent to me by a forum member
think the ecu is a victim of either static or a board error
full kit for the car s ie key bsi ecu should be here monday to refit
then i might have a look at what went wrong

thanks for your interest and help
but a couple of experienced forum members here and 2 others elsewhere noticed no faults of oddities with the read dump
can you explain and maybe show the fault as a bin file with the problems shown ?
be interesting to see what you mean
many thanks

Verginia calculateure for a 206 you try to start a partner or berlingo 3ou4 faith it demmare barrier but it would be blank after you ask your vin and TELECODE key

just a heads up on this one

got the ecu bsi key ect car is fine
so decided to test the files you sent
after all better some feedback for you guys
tried Grinovskys file ....IT WORKED !!
then removed the chip tried Lupus bin ..IT WORKED TOO
i must have made a mistake with doing the bsi in the first place and maybe not getting enough power to keep ecu powered ?

so i think i had a bad bsi ?
just to let you guys know
your work is fine (although it always is)

and once again to say A BIG THANKS to all who've helped me ....:top:
its much appreciated guys
