yes, IFA will do this but why would you not want to use ftp ?

FTP is by far the easiest way to transfer images between pc and dbox. Flash fxp is the simplest to use.

i have ftp but cannot get it to work, it says my firewall or router is modifying my access

Make sure firewalls and virus checkers are disabled first mate :)
