Hello,

I have huge problem with make DPF OFF in Volvo V50 2.0 TD 136 HP 2007/2008 based on Siemens SID803A ECU. When I put flash file to ECUSafe and WinOLS they recognized it as SID202, it's really strange.

First of all I'm describing you what happen with the car.

Customer came to me because in his car procedure of burining DPF turn on every 320 km. He is preparing for a long trip and he wanted to remove DPF from his car. So we made our job, removed filter and changed software by ECUSafe. Car works good but after 320 km he has the same situation as before. Procedure of burining turn on every 320 km. I think there stay some information about the fill of filter, I should rest it but I don't know how.

Please help me.

August 1.he he can turn off without a problem, flirt in sid803 as to not associate themselves with regeneration has already made a dozen cars, the problem is that from now ecusafe era ends and funny workshops which exclude fap at 50-100 euros ...

2nd no one switches off for free does not filter heavy fap aforementioned drivers and even for a fee, because they quickly split up on the internet how to do it ...

Generally wish you good luck and translation of August his client why auto smokes

yes and people helped me with a forum for the money!

and besides you need a little sit and look at the files to understand how turns off dpf, you want to tell you how it is with 1.3 MJD, full opel-tech versions of the Opel 1.3 reprograms the versions without the dpf, modifies the eprom. so is the ability to disable a dpf in Opel not eg in alfa romeo, you've forgotten ahh only op-com:)

sid803 want to look for the Ford 2.0 tdci no fap differences and find a version of fap,
or if you use a check ecusafe why, this is just a program and also does not see anything

Think about how the regeneration of including map looks like this rpm mg reasonably think that and erase the doses administered during the regeneration mode
ecusafe author tested the program so why run him? Flip 100 files eg from Mercedes by ecusafe certainly correct in one switches off because the filter will find all maps

This accent end about this discussion:) Greeting from me and even client from sid803 :)
