mercedes w203 denied starting

I have mercedes w203 year 2002, denied start.
I checked:
- the key...........ok
-fuses.................ok

key open esl but not turn

I make test on the bench without the car, same result.

I changed 2 others esl, always same result (key open esl but not turn)

how reolve that please.

Not need to do anything with keys.

Read MPU with keys and share EEPROM.
