start kit for renault fluence

my friend have bought a kit for renault fluence year 2010.
kit=ecu+uch+sterring lock box+2 cards.
the car don't start, when maked diag with clip:
-need coding between uch and sterring lock box


how make this coding, any idea to do this??????????????

who have programmed new card for meganeIII and fluence?

put vorgin dump of string lok box and do adaption with clip with started car if eprom 24lc16 i can send to you thanks

do you have virgine file for the ecu valeo v40
