Hi,

I have had a request to remap a e46 bmw m3 and also make the sport mode remain active all the time rather than reverting back to normal after cycling the ignition. Does anybody know how to do this and if it is done via the remap or via the gt1?

Thanks in advance

i think you can do it by remap
you have to copy paste the driver sport map to the others driver maps
the mode sport will be remain active

so, i am not sure becose the dump haven't any information no snN?,no hw N?
1:the location data of suposed drivers maps
2: the driver map for sport mode
3:copy past the driver map sport mode to the others driver maps to become all driver map sport mode
so in the ecu when the mode will change he find the same maps sport mode so he re mane at sport mode

Hello
Yes it would. There is no method to make the ecu remember its last status of the sport button after you have switched off ignition. It is only stored in RAM not in the virtual eeprom.
