chip you are looking for is a 27f512 or a 28f512 on this ecu i think a plcc chip

This is a Fenix5, so racin-snake (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/58201-racin-snake/) is right.
But i think you cut in a wrong place in ECU.

immo request cannot be removed from 28F512 , it?s stored onto mcu TMS374 eeprom area .
Check on DK for same requests and you will find many solutions for your issue.

leave the eprom on the ecu and solder a wire to bin 22 then cut pin 37 ( immo line ) ignition on then but the wire to gnd many time till the full bump and the coil is on the ecu lamp flash on the first but it still and of if decoded
