Why dont you regenerate it? It s done with VCDS .I did it many times and its simple operation .

can be done with Snap ON and other tools in EXPERT MODE.

select coding II

1 ignition on and engine running
2 oil temp above 70 degrees C
3 DPF load Below 68g
4 engine hood closed
5 parking brake on
6 auto trans in park
7 alternator load high (lights, seat heating, window heater and climate ON)
8 enter code 10016
if the code is accepted the enging will high idle around 1500 rpm
Regen can take around 40 min
read measuring blocks 101 for status
001 heating up - temperature will exceed 300 degrees C
010 Regeneration
100 Cooling down
Return to normal idle is process complete.

Ecusafe can safely remove the dpf to your audi but related measures such as first thing you need to reset all the values with a diagnosis, once clean memory errors, coming off the ECU and throw the file in flash ecusafe, and also including the steps E2PROM file, remove the tubes of the differential pressure sensor and that's it, sorry my english ....

Any versions of Ecusafe can't correctly remove DPF from this ECU. I try v1930 and 2000. Today car come back. In flash not disabled postinjection, and car start regeneration 1-2 times per day. In VCDS: distance from last regeneration 280km, and saturation 68%.
2 week ago i disconnect pressure sensor and EGT sensors from exhaust, and set to zero saturation level in eeprom. 2 weeks car work fine, but now again start regeneration... If any can help me, please look my flash in first post of topic.
