change passat dashboard

I want to change the dashboard of passat year 2000
It has 93c86 eeprom inside
I change the 93c86 from old one i put it one new clauster
but the car won't start and the vag com is not comunicating with the car

Any help i will apruciate

You have to know the pin in the dashboard and report key

i have change the 93c86 and it is all OK with car ...
It start but now i see airbag light and esp ... ON
Can i turn lights off with vag com now ....
or shuld i change something else in dashboard ...
