bmw smart key not open/close doors

hello!
I have bmw year 2007, have 2 original smart key 868mhz.
stopped working
-the car start
-remote not open/close the doors

I checked the remote signal, was ok

problem in the car
any idea about that?

second check if the all doors are close

-yes the cenral lock work and all door close/open from this button
-yes all 5 doors are closed

try to put the remote against rear window and see if it work. this model had problem with antenna module mounted against rear window in the roof lining i have change 5 pieces in 1 year .

You must control the supply fuses diversity module if ok so you must try by another antenna diversity
