Hyundai coupe 2003

Hello members !
I have problems with this car (HYUNDAI COUPE 2003 , engine 2000cc petrol ) ..
Body module does?t see any transponder into antenna coil and from this reason cannot reprogram other one transponder.
Inside body module I see one mcu HC908AZ .. / 2L52H (qfp64) and one HC?? (HC05P4A) / 1K02S (so 28).
Ecu is siemens SIMK41 39109-23380 with only flash 29F200 inside ...
Someone have any idea how can I read (HC05P4A) / 1K02S mcu ?
Or if is possible to turn immo off inside ecu ?

I checked both mcu?s :
HC05P4A is only ROM mcu w/o eeprom
HC908 dump is in att.
Something is strange , I cannot access immo unit via diag and immo lamp on dash is always off ..
I readed transponder with TMPRO and looks like that :
ID 46 - JMA TP12
Manchester - Locked!
ID: 157477D8

Any idea ?
