Citroen Jumpy from 2001

Hi friends.
I have in my workshop a Citroen Jumpy already from another garage with immo removed.
The ECU is a EDC15C2 and the car doenst pass the 3000 RPM.
Do you have any solution for the 5P08 that solves the 3000 RPM problem?

and encodes it again with the PP2000
