ds lite r4 card

I have purchased a r4 card and memory, i was under the impression it was already to put games on it but it comes up saying ^couldnt find -ds-menu.dat
can anybody help me on which firmware to put on it, thank you

I use version 1.17.

Althought there is a later version.
