Solution for synchronize steering of BMW (ELV)

Hello all,

I have Big problem.
My BMW 118d year 2004 has problem of steering (named ELV).
I have original ELV and a second hand ELV.
I would like to put my second hand ELV on my car.
If CAS, DME/DDE and ELV is not synchronized the car don't turn on and you have the steering error.
My question is:



Can i just write original dump of my steering on the second hand steering?
Can i synchronize my cas with a second hand steering by use a INPA K+CAN?
