land rover defender year 2000-1 93c46

hi does anybody have a good read from defender instrument cluster with 93c46 inside as have a friend who has wiped 2 of them trying to read them.
doesnt matter about miles ect just need good file to help him out.
please pm me or upload here .
any help much apreciated .

hmm just spoke to my m8 who seems to think its definately 93c46 but looking at tachsoft ect it says 93s46 , so if anybody has either would help please.
