Hi!!

I was with the same problem on hands with 2 VW passat... VCDS, Texa, VAS... Nothing!!
After all i use KTS from Bosch and all goes fine!! After coding you have to calibrate G85!!

try this

engine running MBV 005 check the steering angle it need to be 0 d ish
try to login in 09555 > code module to 04255 > back to login 40168 > basic setting 001 (save this / or perform basic settings) > turn the steering right hand untill the stop for 3 second then left hand the same then back to the center

then quit the ABS untill your on the main home screen > switch of the car remove the key then a quick drive down the road.. the DTC should be now clear and abs light out.

all after login and coding the G85 must be adapted before the coding is accepted to the module..

Dear, you must try many times because some times he cant accept from first time .so wath you need to do you can go to www.ross-tech.com (http://www.ross-tech.com) in this site you get every thing you need to slove about ABS.so in the vcds to have help to how use choose the login number and coding ....
in the end if you dont slove your problam plz send to me autoscan file ,i no you dont have fault in your system but this can help me the found the exectly the numbers of opration.
so i wish to you good luck...

I also have had a lot of trouble with these with VCDS. My Bosch KTS codes them fine though.

Ive had this problem in the past but it was due to having the login code wrong. It seemed to work ok but reverted back to 0000's after.

Anybody having this problem in the future I would advise to triple check the codes right!
