inside has chips like eeproms these

2)15532 6s16
3)8006687 k643w
4)tja1040 9206n6431

all of them are 8pin smd

solved....my solution.......i read the 8006687 eeprom like 24c04
.........and i programmed with a dump that i found here on dk...all is ok now
