I installed Java 6 update 11 and then installed ServiceMaxx on my 32 bit Vista Home Premium Laptop.

But when I open up ServiceMaxx I get a pop up saying
"the following application error occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException" and then I have to quit the program, any ideas whats wrong

It's vista need xp had the same problem
also search before you post or moderators get frustraded

Ihave installed this on Vista 32bit,64bit and windows 7 32bit,64bit with no problem. Uninstall servicemaxx and Java and then install sevicemaxx after rebooting and let it install the right version of java. This does this alot and vista and windows 7 you can't turn off auto update for java it still pops up saying to update it just dont update it. use this web site it must be java 6.10.
