can someone tell me/does somebody knows is a Chinese version of Piasini master 4.1 can be updated into 4.3?

Will this also fix 12v issue? My Piasini clone 4.3 with Black board has 10.4v where it sould be 12v and at 16v has nothing. Also on ribbon wire one VCC it only has 2.25v and not 5v, Also can you please tell me what watts needed and percent, there is so many different resistor I see in Mouser website.
Solution for 16V :

- R41 0.2 Om
- R40 200 Om
- R43 820 Om
- L2 220 uH

Hi, did you fix your board? I have a black board and have not been able to fix.

Got one similar here, black pcb.
1) power red 11.20v max (should be 12v)
2) flash voltage yellow - goes to 13.00v max (should be 16v)

Need resistor values back of pcb r23,r27,r28,r30 and R32 R33 from LM output.

Hi, do you just measure the 12v and 16v lines with a VM to confirm those voltages? Does it need to be reading to get voltage? My 4.3 clone seems to only put out 6v on the 12v line and 11v when reading. I get nothing on the 16v line. I just got this unit and want to confirm if it actually works. Thanks in advance.
