Nissan Aitima 1999 285569e010 help needed

Got the module with 1e59b = 68hc711ka4
IMHO it dosn't have to much to work on but light still on and doesn't blink.
Modules responds to diagnostics and shows no errors.

Just wondering if someone had the same things happened or has tested solition.

Doesn't work. same things. I've tried it before.

Does not work. It looks like hardware problem. I've tried many variants, still doing the same things. Checked components - looks good.
I'm giving up...
