Could you run a c-line to unlock some channels and put keys in to unlock others?

Is putting keys on the box easy?

Just noticed some packages can be opened by keys

If you search for Bulsat that will bring up some info on keys.
Below is a thread that will help and regarding a paid cline of course this will open up the channels.
