mcu908az60 2j74y with 908 programmer litle help please

hi i take some days before a clone 908 programmer.i try to read a 908az60 2j74y mcu and when i go to read only eprom mono8 read it ok.when i go to read with secure ass with check secure from start write error: reset line must be in high state.and when i read with out checked the secure go to 20% and then write this mesage again.yesterday i read from laguna dash same mcu and read it but with secure check and without check secure write the same problem.in the mcu on board i solder only 15 pins not all pin it is right ?i must put some oscilator extra on osc pins?i must lift any pin or it is china town?maybe?some help i need.thanks to all

after atempts i chose to read with ess with all ff in secure and it read ok and eprom and flash.in what file a save like binary or etl format?thanks

i need to read and flash so i must on board and i must change mcu so i desolder

the file i take from eprom i think is right but from flash is empty.the mcu have problem maybe this is the fault .the dash blink and don t work so the mcu when i put hot air work and when cold stop.
