I bought this reversing camera, has one yellow and one black lead, slightly different connectors. I want to use it with my ripspeed dvd733b car dvd player. It has 4 yellow cables on the back of it. Both the reversing camera leads and leads on dvd player are female connectors so I know the leads I need must be male on each side
Just wondering what video cables I need and roughly what length I need from the rear number plate to the centre console.

Got a pic?
I take it you mean yellow and black leads after the power/gnd wires?
The yellow one should be the video so it's a male RCA cable you want (check google images to make sure). Mines about 10ft/3m long but it obviously depends on your car.
I'm stumped on the black one if you say its 'slightly' different than the yellow one.
It should be the reverse signal wire so when you select reverse it switches over to the camera or else it doesn't know you're in reverse and you'll have to manually turn the cam on. Need to tap the reverse light feed for that.

The black lead is the power one. Ive checked maplin and ebay for a black rca power cable but cant find one.
Anyone got a link for black rca power cable.....
