You ever heard of this fella? Nope? Me neither until this morning.
He's basically a whistleblower and not the sort that works on railway platforms.

Secondly, here is a link to a series of transcripted audio tapes recorded by the man himself in the mid 70's - early 80's. Some of the stuff is more interesting than others, depending on your own tastes. Have a scan through and have a read of that which floats your respective boats.
My particular boat is floated by things such as moon-bases, a particle beam battle on the surface of the moon between russian and american forces and nuclear devices planted in sea trenches ready to trigger earthquakes - one of which
is reported to be located 37-35-10 North, 144-5-20 East in the Japan Trench, around 350 miles northeast of Tokyo. Yeah, thats about where the epicentre of the japanese earthquake earlier this year was.
