This is like china eBay where many vendors sell on it and its hard to rate site based on 1 sellers transaction . The site is good but sellers be careful.

I like aliexpress, since you can get your money back if the seller don't send your item. For me it's safer than order directly from unknown seller. You pay the money to aliexpress, and they hold the money ~30 days and then pay the seller if everything is fine. If you have problems with the seller, you can ask for full or part refund before aliexpress pays the seller.

So it's not guaranteed that you get a perfect item, but you get an item or at least you don't loose your money.

You can get good prices there, many sellers. Quality may vary more than from a trusted seller.
