PROBLEM WITH CATERPILLAR SIS 2009B

Good morning, I have a problem with the CAT ESIS that is the following one, with himself to enter the user, to choose the machinery, requests dvd to me of data and they leave all correct one to me, when attempt to see the description of a section leaves this window to me error in the Internet to explorer
I have desintalado and intalado the SIS, the Internet Explorer, I have proven another DVD of data and everything follows equal.
The Internet to explore is the 8 and the operating system is Windows XP

Hello, this happend to me many times. Try these possible solutions:

1) Turn off the protected mode in internet explorer. If that dont fix the problem try the option number 2.

2) Reinstall the SIS, if that dont work, please post again the screen but a little more bigger, so we can read it.

Thanks to answer so soon, I again publish the screen that leaves to me. The protected mode it encounter not to deactivate it in my Internet to explorer, I have lowered to the minimum the security. It does not leave me in the window to deactivate the protected mode in the security eyelash, I also put capura of the screen. I am Spanish reason why Internet to explorer to me is in Spanish and my English is something bad

Hola, ya intentaste reinstalarlo?

Muchas veces se instala mal el SIS y eso ocasiona errores.
Trata de reinstalar, no te va a pedir otra vez la licencia no te preocupes.
Si ya lo hiciste y sigue este problema trata de desistalar el explorer 8 y consiguete la version 6.

He reinstalado el SIS y quitado el SP3 para quitar el IE8, he instalado el IE y me abre otra p?gina supuestamente con la informaci?n solicitada pero me da error en la p?gina. Voy a mirar si es del Java o algo as?.
