my willem programmer did not read 93c46 eeprom im rotated eeprom but didnt read again what are you thinking about this problem or are there any other solution Do I need to wait for counter

Best is to read the eprom out of curcuit did you do that.

yes i tried also my programmer is reading other 93c...
