Hi guys.
I need to know how to convert this Perkins Electropack Engine to a variable speed industrial engine. I need to unlock the accelerator for a Perkins 1104C-44TA engine.
This engine has a Delphi mechanical pump with a mechanical regulator for accelerate engine. We unlock the accelerator but the engine wont accelerate, so I guess the pump has an electronical lock somewhere.
Attached is an image of the pump and here is all the information I have of the engine:
