Someone knows wich eprom i can use to replace S93A66 ?

Because i have try with 93C66 but dont work.

I think S93A66 is little different.

Someone knows ?

when it comes to eeprom replacement, the name doesn't really matter but the buffer size because every eeprom has a controller on the same board expecting to read from a set buffer size and would malfunction if a comes across a wrong one. just use anyone with same buffer size. eg, 128 with 128, 512 with 512, 16 x 128 etc.

how i could know buffer size because i dont find datasheet of this eprom
I have brok little piece of eprom so i can read it but i cant write it.

Do you know also if 93LC46 and 93C46 is the same , i can replace it ?

this depend on supply voltage
93lc46X 2.5v-5.5v
93c46X 4.5v-5.5v
but the last latter must equal ,x= A_A or B_B
or C with
