Chrysler Stratus 2.5l 1998year

Hi,
I need help with this car. Car starts and after three seconds stops. Remote is Rockwell CEPT LPD-D with memory x24c00, alarm is Rockwell CEPT-LPD-D with memory 24c01 and ECU is P04606324AI with memory st632565. Files are attached.
Can somebody correct the files, to start the car as before?

Hi. I have the same problem. I was wondering is it possible to change the ECU from the same car but American market which I think is without Rockwell immobiliser? Can that resolve this problem? Thanks
