Unfortunately you are quoting Ford's explanation for the code.
VAG (VW/Audi/Skoda/Seat) have a different description.
See: 18048/P1640/005696 - Ross-Tech Wiki (http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/18048/P1640/005696)

Like I explained in another thread, P1 codes can differ for different manufacturers.

Hi Thank you for interest

I've done full scan of all controllers and there is no any other problems.

Which eeprom content is faulty? 93C56?
Is anybody have a virgin file for this ECU?

I don't wont to do immo off because half electronic stop working after that.

Can I use file from other car get, immo pin and reprogram with VCDS?

Hi I write eeprom and plug ECU today.
That error is clear but there is another one

Speed: 0.0 km/h
Load: 0.0 %

I try do do coding using VCDS 10.6 but it is no possible to change anything in ECU. I can recode any other modules but not ECU

If your desperate to get it through a taxi test, put black tape over the lights till you figure out the problem, they will let it pass as long as they cant see the light, obviously if your desperate till it goes for its taxi test

you have to reprogramme the key
or buy a new key and programme it to start engine
