Inmo-off and KMS, Dash/BSI peugeot 407 (Fatal Day...)

Hi friends!
I need your help!!! I?m a recent owner of a Elprosys DP3, but I am on the verge of being ruined with it!!!!
DP3 is very bad with peugeot and citroen!!!
Well, on this time, I broke eeprom leg:stupid:.
Thus, i need inmo off of a Dashboard and BSI, and recalculate kilometers to 63.000.
I wish to buy a eeprom programer and a NYO4 license.
What do you think of "Elnec-Beeprog"??It?s a good a programmer to start with ECUs, dash, BSI....

You cannot to immo off in dashboard m8.
Read ECU for immo-off.

Well, ok, i?ve the immo-off of the ECU. Then, car must start,not?
Of all forms, i need change kilometers, i?ll put archives in Dash forum.
