i've heard something about cutting a wire when you put immo off

Turning immo off can be done by modifying the ECU dump, can't be done from the immobox dump you posted.

More simple to write dhis data aon a T5 chip and remove antenna from key PCB.

30 FF 81 03 38 80 E3 00 00 00 FF 0F FC 07 80 03

No need to do immo off, this will solve your problem forever.
