I am unable to edit some features on a Celect Plus ECM. These features have the lock sign. I have removed all passwords, but I am still unsuccessful.
Can some DK brother share how this can be unlocked. Basically, I just would want to increase vehicle speed.

The parameter to adjust governed vehicle speed is listed under the Vehicle Speed Source tab. Ensure that you are licensed to proper level, or you will be unable to make changes to this parameter.
