Hello ! I have 8800GTS and stop work from yesterday now i want to repair .I think something blown please see in pictures . What type of transistor i can put there ?

First guess would be that it is a smoothing capacitor though it is hard to see. Can you clean off the small thing and see if there are any numbers on it. I would just remove it then repair the track to the bottom right pin and try it at that.

It's not a cap, changed my mind. This is water damage I think. You need to check the tracks below the 14 pin chip, check the connections particularly to the small resistor with 000 written on it, the track from the right of 000 looks as though it may be broken and generally clean all the crap off that area.

After that check the value (resistance) of the thing at the bottom right of the chip, I think it will be OK if you use solder to repair the tracks around it, of most concern is the missing track to pin 14 of the chip.
