Has anyone done a quadrant bench test on their phone lately

Just done a quadrant bench test on my galaxy s running darky's extreme 10.1 and get a score of 1609. Then tested wifes s 2 running latest stock gingerbread 2.3.3 it went straight off the scale scoring 3100. Can we get some other scores posted and see if we can get some real time performance results, it may help people decide on what phones to consider and whether or not to root and install a custom rom to boost performance of the phone they have.

ok my zte blade(orange san francisco) is 1208 its running on froyo 2.2 japanese jellyfish, but it costs a lot less than a galaxy or an iphone. the scores dont really mean anything in the real world as long as your happy with what you have and the blade is a great phone despite the poor results

I agree that the numbers on there own don't mean a lot, but when we start to get results from the same brand of phones that are stock and running custom roms the numbers will help people decide what stock rom gives the best results or if there is a significant performance increase by rooting and installing custom. The more types of phone we get results for may help people decide between phones in the same price range our if it is even worth spending out more if you can get the same performance by rooting a much cheaper phone as apposed to a more expensive phone left stock

Just tested mother in laws galaxy s on stock froyo 2.2.1 and scored 1250

stock 2.1 baseband 2.1.54 result = 744

TRIPNMIUI 2.3.4 baseband 2.0.52 = 945

just done another test running ultima 5 2.2.1 and the result was - 1144 much higher than any other test ive done even faster than a gb rom

must be the custom rom look at post 2 from zaphodbb he is using the same phone on a different rom and getting 1208

galaxy s2 i have had for few months no overclock just downloaded quantum and scored 3400 spot on. Galaxy s2 are Beast.... at this moment :)
