AAM doubt reading

I have a problem, need read MC68HC705X32 whit xprog-m 5.0
what is the procedure for doing so?
hc05b adapter is used?
the mask is 0G47V.

Hi
Unsolder CPU and use HC05Bx programming adapter.
Adapter mark QFP64 P/C: 1-002-0005
Choose MCU/MPU -> Motorola HC05 -> MC68HC705X32 (2D59J)
