Peugeot 306 keypad problem

My friend buy crashed 306, but he have no code and he can not start the engine ...

What i need to do to start the car ?
Or can i found out the code ?

try reading the mcu in the keypad the code is there
post dump and it can be read
the mcu is a motorola hco5 i think on this keypad
