read/write flash Volvo 2008 and up

Does anyone know if there is a OBD-prog-tool which can read and write flash in Dashes from Volvo 2008 and up ('09/'10) using the OBD plug ?.
We now work with programmer Xprog and Codiprog , but a tool doing it OBD would be nice :-)

Carprog, only one, ok then:

Can somebody confirm and tell me what I exactly need for our Volvo's .
Also where to buy and what adapter (clone, no clone).
Found a lot of site's who sell carprog
I spent enough money on tools who work half way.
So please some extra info:

where to buy (cheap please :-) )
what software / adapter

hello mate this one original site, but i read i one post in DK, and they says its have problem carprog with volvo after disconecting batery.

Yes , found this site to, looks good but wanted to know for shore if this tools work.
It's 1000,- euro + for (just) Volvo
When functions it's ok (then money np)
Do u know where to find DK link to post where u write about (cannot find it )

I bought smok and smelecom tools at obdtool (http://www.obdtool.nl/) customer service really good, but programs cannot do what i want (read write flash volvo 2008 and up)
so just looking for new working tool

I`m not a carprog user, but now someone in Belgium verry good, he have this tool and is not happy with it.
He tells me that he have a lot of car communications problems.
