adaptation problem, remote SEAT CORDOBA

a Seat Cordoba, manufactured in 2001,does not work from remote central locking,I replaced the batteries, and tried to adapt the car, but do not recognize.How do I know if remote working correctly? VAG COM can see this?This car had an alarm installed by someone, but it was canceled, and dismantled, may be there a mistake?now this car is locked with the key only

Look at Measuring Blocks when working key, and try and reprogram remote, here you go:
