Does it have immobox? if yes,, does the security light go off when you insert key? If no, program using tcode or sbb, otherwise post dump of immobox 93c66, i make key for you and then short pins T1 and E1 in obd2 port for 30minutes. If it has only ECU ,post dump of 93c56 in ECU.
Key must be ID67 (4D)
