BMW AD HiTag2

Hi brothers i have one BMW AD HiTag2 and i tried to write my smart key from bmw e90 i put new blank transponder 19732C202 but appear message transponder is not empty.

I think the BMW AD HiTag2 no support this 19732C202 transponder.

the first pic appear message insert in coil empty transponder (with factory configuration)
what is with factory configuration?
Please i need help .

which transponder you use ? 7936 ? check if it's clear or not , read all page first and see, and if u have clone hitag2 then try original and see..

The transponder is: Philips 19732C202
but appear message transponder is not empty.

Why the transponder is brand new.
Please any help guys.
