I know that alot of us wants to/needs to have a control unit we can use for testing diagnostics cabels.
What control unit do you use and why?
I use a gateway from a newer VW, because it makes like 20 errors when its in the bench alone, its dead cheap( read for free) allows me to plug other control units directly to it and talk to them over canbus( actually its a virtual K-Line connection over canbus), and it only needs 4-5 wires, including power to use it.
