Hello!

Has anyone did this conversion successfully?

I've converted Corsa mechanically (pedals, gear selector, master cylinder, pipe, shift knob, etc...) and that's all fine, but I have problems with ECM and BCM.

I've reconfigured ECM Variant Configuration and CAN configuration for manual gearbox, and BCM Variant Configuration. Now, i don't know do I need to change BCM Code Index to make it work.

ECM Errors:

P1615 - Wrong Vehicle ID from Body Control Module
(00) - Present

P1616 - Wrong Vehicle ID from Instrument Control Module
(00) - Present

BCM Error:

U2101 - V-Bus Maximum Configuration List Not Programmed
(0A) - Present

Anyone has any idea what to do next?

With regards tothe first 2 faults:

You have to program correct VIN into BCM and ICP.

ecm faults

reset then program the security code in the ipc and bcm (worked for me today)

U2101 = less than 2 systems are entered in the maximum configuration list.

the code is deleted after 60 start ups of the network management if there is no fault recognised
