1997 BMW 318 EWS bypass

I need help
1997 BMW 318 ignition switch was changed
old transponder not work I tried to replace chip from the old key
car will not start
is there any way to just bypass it?
I just need this car running don't care about security system

did you plug the transponder antenna back in again? thats impossible for the car not to go again with the original transponder, i cant imagine this problem being hard to find, re-trace your steps mate, the problem is probably staring you right in the face

car is running now one of my employe did not put that chip back and he says he did,
this morning I check it my self and OK now
