How to load tacho dump on here please

Call me thick,but Can someone please explain how to load a tacho dump file on dk

from tachodump save on desktop as bin file
compress file to rar file [or zip file]
on reply menu on dk
go to manage attachments
click "choose file " button
select rar file from desktop
click "upload"
this will post the file on the bottom of your reply
